Most Australians will have heard of Michelle Bridges, famous from her role as the personal trainer in TV series "The Biggest Loser".
In 2010, Bridges commenced her online weight loss program, 12wbt.com, Twelve Week Body Transformation, which is based around a 12 week program of integrated nutrition plans, fitness programs and mindset videos. The program also includes extensive online forums and support to participants over the course of each round.
Over the past six years, the program has evolved to include a substantial recipe index which participants may access and increased flexibility to provide many different levels and options for nutrition and fitness programs, catering for participants with different needs.
